• preparing architectural and engineering designs
• processing planning applications and obtaining building warrants
• providing construction tender offers, specifications, schedules and plans
• liaison with British and overseas sub-contractors
• quality control and certifying designs and construction works
• undertaking Planning Supervisor duties under the UK CDM Regulations
• controlling and co-ordinating site works by local and overseas sub-contractors
• preparing interim certificates for payment by clients
• certifying interim payments to sub-contractors
